Job Description:

of human life. As a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Rehab, you will be
at the forefront of patient-centric care in our advanced cardiac
rehabilitation unit. This role requires dynamic nursing
professionals dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes
recovery and effective cardiac health management. As part of our
team, you'll utilize the latest in cardiac care technology and
treatments, collaborating closely with a team of healthcare
professionals to deliver exceptional care tailored to each
patient’s recovery plan. Assess patients' health problems and
needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical
activity, tailored to patients' cardiac rehabilitation needs.
Liaise with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians
and therapists, to ensure optimal patient care. Proficiency in
cardiac care nursing practices and protocols. Ability to operate
cardiac monitoring equipment. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities. Compassionate patient care and clinical skills. Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred. Certification in Cardiac-Vascular Nursing
(RN-BC) advantageous.
