As a Registered Nurse Coordinator for our Abdominal Outreach program, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and enhancing patient care related to abdominal health services across our network. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with a variety of healthcare professionals, patient education, and implementing outreach strategies to promote abdominal health awareness and services. Develop and implement outreach programs for abdominal health services. Coordinate patient care with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare staff. Educate patients and communities about abdominal health and available services. Monitor patient outcomes and generate reports for continuous improvement. Participate in professional development and interdisciplinary team meetings. Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in healthcare management systems and patient care software Knowledge of abdominal health disorders and care protocols Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Gastroenterology Nursing (CGRN) preferred BLS/ACLS Certification required
