HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Apheresis Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating apheresis equipment during procedures, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients throughout their treatment. Utilize your specialized skills to directly impact patient care in our state-of-the-art facilities. Operate and maintain apheresis equipment before, during, and after procedures. Assess patient conditions and respond to adverse reactions or complications. Implement physician orders effectively and compliantly. Document patient data and maintain accurate medical records. Educate patients and their families on procedures, post-care and health management. Proficiency in operating apheresis equipment Strong assessment and monitoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities Ability to manage stress and react effectively in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Apheresis Nursing (CRN-A) preferred
