Coordinate and facilitate the timely admission, discharge, and transfer of patients within the healthcare system. Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Implement strategies to reduce wait times and bottlenecks in patient processing. Monitor patient flows and generate reports on throughput metrics. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with healthcare information systems Critical thinking and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS certification
