Surgical Unit, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top

crucial in our mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and
patient-centered care. You will be involved in direct patient care
within the surgical unit, overseeing and guiding recovery
post-operation, ensuring that all surgical patients receive the
best treatment and care. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate
patient care in the Surgical Unit. Administer medications and
assist in surgery as needed. Monitor patient recovery post-surgery
and react swiftly to any complications. Educate patients and their
families on post-surgical care and health management. Coordinate
with healthcare team to improve patient outcomes. Strong clinical
skills in a surgical environment. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to react decisively in emergency
situations. Caring and compassionate patient management.
Proficiency in using medical software and record keeping. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse license. CPR certified. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certification.
