Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a pioneer in healthcare services, is seeking a
dedicated PRN Surgical ICU Registered Nurse to join our skilled
team. In this role, you'll provide critical care to surgical
patients in an intensive care environment, ensuring the highest
level of care. Our facility offers state-of-the-art technology and

staff are encouraged to grow professionally. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to surgical ICU patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and
report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions while
maintaining accurate and detailed records. Operate and monitor
medical equipment used to provide care to ICU patients. Instruct
and educate patients and families about post-ICU care and recovery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, manage, and
assess treatment plans for ICU patients. Participate in
departmental and hospital-wide health and wellness programs aimed
at patient recovery. Strong clinical skills in a surgical ICU
setting Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in a high-pressure environment Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS Certification ACLS
Certification Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
