Job Description:
As a Nurse Manager of Medical Surgical at HCA Healthcare, you

and are fully credentialed. Manage scheduling to optimize staffing,
which enhances patient care and keeps department within budget.
Conduct performance reviews, motivate staff, and create strategies
to boost morale and job satisfaction. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Manage patient data and maintain security compliance. Engage with
staff education and professional development activities. Strong
leadership and nursing management skills Excellent organizational
and multitasking skills Proficient in electronic health record
(EHR) systems Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team Exceptional communication and interpersonal
