Job Description:

services. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
specific to bone marrow transplant patients. Monitor patient’s
vital signs and symptoms, responding to clinical changes and
initiating interventions when necessary. Administer chemotherapy
and other medications accurately and safely. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatment, and post-transplant care. Maintain comprehensive patient
records and reporting any pertinent changes or updates in the
patient's condition. Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and
managing side effects Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. BLS certification required; ACLS
preferred. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification is highly
regarded.
