Pharmacist Location: Victoria, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,806 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekly rotating 4x10 schedule Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred License: Texas license required Certifications: PharmD, RPh Must-Have: Knowledge of Meditech Expanse preferred Experience in inpatient/acute care Ability to manage anticoagulation therapy Experience with cardiac dosing Competence in clinical dosing Familiarity with high-alert medications Experience in pharmacokinetic dosing Knowledge of renal dosing Ability to monitor therapeutic medications Experience with warfarin dosing Familiarity with antibiotics and chemotherapy Description: An inpatient pharmacist is needed for a rotating schedule. The schedule includes day shifts starting between 7 AM and 9 AM and night shifts. Weekends are required. This role involves managing inpatient pharmacy operations. Experience with Meditech Expanse is preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of various therapeutic areas and dosing strategies. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a collaborative environment. This position involves monitoring patient medication therapy and ensuring safe medication practices.
