Job Description Austin Texas – Family Practice Job Opportunity - Clinical Role: - Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! - Seeking someone board certified or truly board eligible in Family Practice - Outpatient only - Permanent job opening - Bilingual English/Spanish language skills is a definite plus, but not required - Patient census- 20 patients per day - M-F- 8am-5pm- Saturday rotation (4 hour shift) - Call requirements- 3-4 times per year- 1 week on call, overnight ( usually 2-3 calls, before 9pm- light call- scripts, lab results)) - Must be an experienced provider-no new grads - Procedures required- Pap Smears, a plus if can perform joint injections and toe nail removal - Must have current valid license to practice medicine in Texas - Current DPS and DEA certificates - Board certification is required within 3 years of achieving initial eligibility - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by The American Heart Association (AHA) - Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! - Organization Information: - Comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b) - Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education - Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider with them - Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state loan repayment programs - When 100% of annual production quota is met provider will automatically receive a 10% bonus; if the provider goes above the production quota additional bonus is given - Federally Qualified health Center (FQHC)- nonprofit - EMR: Athena - Lifestyle Information: - Known for vibrant entertainment, art and culture, inspiring cuisine and stunning outdoor experiences - Live music capital of the world, home to wonderful ballet, world class museums, one-of-a-kind shopping and beautiful outdoor spaces - Austin has beautiful warm weather, family friendly suburbs, thriving economy and a great cultural scene - RecruitWell's Core Values: - Open communication - Sense of urgency - Teamwork - Accountability - Driven to win
