center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18
months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest
quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to
communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic

Summary: To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment
outcomes for our young learners, we currently have an opening for a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) . Our center-based program
delivers intensive early intervention for young children with
autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a
technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) through the day. Most of our learners require Speech Therapy
in addition to ABA and Occupational Therapy. We are looking for an
energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality Speech
Therapy, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and
help our learners maximize their potential. Ally Behavior is a

onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to
provide the best possible therapy to our clients! Your Day-to-Day
Responsibilities: Carry a client caseload, size dependent on hours
worked Complete parent training with each client on their caseload
once per quarter Complete a parent training following an evaluation
or reevaluation within one month. Meet the billable hour
expectations, prorated from our full-time expectation based on
hours worked Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Board
Certified Behavior Analysts to coordinate the therapy of shared
clients Attend team meetings as scheduled Maintain strict client
confidentiality following HIPAA protocol Maintain open
communication with families and clinical teams to ensure the most
effective treatment and goals Due to the nature of working with
young children, all clinical staff are required to change diapers,
assist with toileting, and be able to physically work on the floor
with children Experiential & Certification Requirements: Masters
Degree required from a program in Speech Language Pathology which
is accredited by the Education Standards Board or whose practice
meets ASHA certification requirements Current and active Speech
Therapy licensure in the state(s) of hire Meet the education and
experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in
Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA Current
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience with early
intervention and working with children with autism Reliable
transportation and a valid driver's license Must submit to a
federal, state, and county background check Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for
extended periods of time Ability to reach and hold objects Ability
