Summary: The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator will perform the
quality assurance function under the direction of the Operations
Manager following company requirements by implementing and
maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the
organizations products and/or development processes. Supervisory
Responsibilities: \tNone Duties/Responsibilities: \tDevelops,
implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet
required specifications for quality, function, and reliability
before delivery. \tIdentifies and sets appropriate quality
standards and parameters for products. \tCommunicates quality
standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team,
and other appropriate staff. \tCoordinates product testing
processes. \tParticipates in product testing. \tIdentifies and
analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly
when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and
facilitates solutions to these issues. \tReviews client, customer,
and user feedback. \tMaintains compliance with federal, state,
local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and
policies. \tPerforms other duties as assigned. Required
Skills/Abilities: \tExcellent verbal and written communication
skills. \tExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
\tExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\tExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines. \tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\tProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience: \tHigh school diploma or equivalent \tTwo
years of related experience. Physical Requirements: \tProlonged
periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. \tMust be
able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
