(Overtime opportunities may be available) Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a public repair
services company in Round Rock, TX to hire a Failure Analysis /
Quality Assurance Technician. This is a temporary/contract
opportunity on an on-site team. If you’re ready to start, we want
to hear from you! Failure Analysis Technician Key Responsibilities:
Conduct basic failure analysis investigations on products and
components to identify root causes. Perform various testing and
inspections, including mechanical, thermal, electrical, or visual
assessments. Support root cause analysis efforts utilizing
structured methods (comprehensive training provided). Collect,
organize, and accurately document test data and results. Operate
lab and test equipment under supervision, adhering to safety and
operational protocols (training provided). Assist in quality
investigations and implement corrective actions to resolve product
issues. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
to maintain a safe work environment. Prepare detailed reports and
documentation to communicate findings clearly to technical teams.
Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and manufacturing
personnel to improve product reliability and quality. Failure
Analysis Technician Qualifications & Requirements: High school
diploma or GED (Associate degree or technical coursework in
relevant fields preferred). Basic understanding of mechanical,
electrical, or materials science principles. Strong attention to
detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow
instructions accurately and adhere to standard procedures. Basic
computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, and data
