an Inside Sales Representative to help us grow and serve more
families in need of trusted legal guidance. In this role, you’ll be
the first point of contact for prospective clients—listening to
their needs, qualifying leads, and helping guide them toward the
right legal services. You’ll play a key part in supporting our
mission to make estate planning and probate processes smooth,

families we serve. Compensation: $150,000 based on performance
Responsibilities: In This Role, You Will: Maintain and update the
client database to ensure the sales and intake teams have accurate,
up-to-date information on all leads. Track performance goals and
key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to help the firm
meet and exceed growth objectives. Proactively identify and pursue
new business opportunities within our target markets to expand the
client base. Qualify and manage incoming leads promptly to ensure a
seamless and compassionate client intake experience. Follow up with
prospective clients who have expressed interest but haven’t yet
scheduled a consultation. Communicate the value of our estate
planning and probate services with professionalism, empathy, and
clarity. Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to
ensure smooth client transitions from intake to representation.
Qualifications: Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and
experience using CRM software. Exceptional time management,
interpersonal, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proven success with 2 years of experience in sales, client service,
or a related field. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s
degree preferred. Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable
transportation. You’re a Strong Fit If You: Have experience in
intake, client service, or sales (ideally within legal, healthcare,
financial services, or real estate industries). Are empathetic,
emotionally intelligent, and confident when engaging with clients.
