Specialist position, you must meet the following: Education:
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Communications, Marketing, or a
related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales
support or customer service (required). Skills: Excellent verbal,
written, and interpersonal communication and highly organized with
strong multitasking abilities under pressure. Availability:
Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key
Roles and Responsibilities of the Lead Sales Support Specialist:
Manages sales order operations for a sales channel, overseeing
operational processes and supporting the channel. Collaborates with
the sales team and various internal/external suppliers or vendors
throughout the end-to-end process, from contracting to post-sales
support. Resolving account issues, customer billing, and order and
account setup. Interacts with the finance team to ensure timely
vendor payments and accurate receipt and recognition of customer
payments. Manages internal payment and receivable processing to
ensure correct recognition of AT&T revenues within the
appropriate business unit. Oversees sales orders and the sales
order system to ensure accurate order receipt and booking.
Interacts with fellow Lead Sales Support Specialists on account
management issues and may participate in projects as needed.
