Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together. -At Schwab, the Finance and Regulatory Reporting Technology team provides business technology strategy, solutions and support for Schwab's Corporate Controller, Financial Planning & Analysis, Regulatory Reporting and Profitability Analysis functions. -Our team is committed to providing innovative technology solutions to our business partners in alignment with Schwab's purpose and values, and our Corporate Strategic Plan. -We are looking for a Business System Analyst to create, maintain, support, and improve complex technology operations for our core accounting platform, with special emphasis around continuous improvement (CI/CD) of processes by applying modern engineering principles around DevOps. - You will be working with a team of talented technologists and SMEs who bring a lot of energy, focus and fresh ideas that support our mission to provide value by seeing the world "Through Clients' Eyes." -What You Are Good At

• Analyzing and identifying trends and patterns in datasets
• Identifying data anomalies and providing recommendations on additional data needed to support analytics
• Analyzing the work at hand and making decisions based on specific objectives
• Performing configuration changes
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirementsWhat you haveRequired Qualifications:
  • 5 years of business analysis, product manager experience
  • 3+ Years of PeopleSoft Financials experience (GL, AR and AM)
  • 3+ years of financial services industry -
  • Strong understanding of domain-specific toolsets for conducting analysis
  • Ability to consolidate, organize, and convey complex problems
  • Skill to perform general integration/acceptance testing
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders
  • Dcoumented experience with SQL
  • Understanding of basic accounting
  • Experience working with OFSAA/OFSDF
  • Expertise with data mapping, data quality check, and testingPreferred Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of SDLC
    • Strong Understanding of DevOps/Operations
    • Curiousiosity to learn
    • Solid understanding of finance related systems and processes
