Responsibilities:
--- Assist in the preparation of playground sites, including excavation, grading, and drainage.
--- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of playground equipment.
--- Safely and efficiently assemble, install, and anchor playground structures, swings, slides, and other components according to manufacturer guidelines.
--- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
--- Operate construction equipment and tools, such as drills, saws, and compactors, in a safe and effective manner.
--- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
--- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of materials and debris.

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
--- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
--- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
--- Experience operating construction equipment and machinery preferred.
--- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
--- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
--- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
