OverviewThe Enterprise Strategic People Partner serves as a strategic partner who drives talent and business outcomes while delivering effective enterprise business line support. The Enterprise Strategic People Partner uses HR expertise and best practices, along with strategic service excellence solutions in people operations and full employee lifecycle management. This role involves executing comprehensive plans, focusing on enterprise initiatives, responding proactively to situations, and sustaining solutions with minimal risks and supervision. The Enterprise Strategic People Partner ensures the quality of HR Business Partner service delivery through effective collaboration with all stakeholders, including shared services partners and HR centers of excellence.The person chosen for this role will report to one of our offices 4 days a week. This job is located in Austin, TX. Only candidates residing in the greater Austin/Travis County area will be considered.Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders and teams: Develops strategies to boost productivity and growth.
• Performance management: Understands and analyzes performance metrics related to employee retention and experience to improve business outcomes.
• Data analysis: Identifies trends in employee relations, transfers, performance management, corrective actions, and separations; makes recommendations to HR leadership.
• Risk identification: Recognizes legal and compliance risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Relationship building: Maintains credible, trusting relationships across various groups, demonstrating HR's value as a knowledgeable resource.
• Legal and regulatory awareness: Keeps informed of employment laws and legislative changes, advising on necessary updates.
• Utilizes HR resources: Effectively works with shared services and centers of excellence to deliver HR services in talent acquisition, benefits, leave, compensation, workforce development, and transactions.
• Confidentiality and ethics: Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Other duties: Performs additional tasks to support organizational mission and values.Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Sociology, Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Required: 4 years of experience as an HR generalist or HRBP in healthcare, clinical, hospital, social services, or public health settings.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
• Preferred: 6 years of experience in similar settings.
