Job Description:

The L.E.A.N. Coach is responsible for introducing L.E.A.N. principles in the focus factory, actively contributing to achieving business targets, and implementing and sustaining lean behaviors as delegated by the Focus Factory Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and coach plant and management teams on lean implementation to optimize efficiency, increase productivity, and improve quality.
• Participate as a member of the global L.E.A.N. Network for best practice sharing and cross-plant support.
• Contribute to budgeted scrap reduction and variable production cost reduction.
• Adapt the Lean Implementation Concept from VT O L.E.A.N. central to meet the specific needs of the Seguin plant, including tracking Lean systems.
• Lead all lean activities within the Seguin plant.
  Basic Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • L.E.A.N. Coach Certification (preferred).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Cross-functional experience preferred.
  • Several years of experience leading internal lean projects or project management.
  • Experience working in global/international teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
