We have established distribution facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania. Toy Factory is seeking a high-volume Client Service Manager.

Summary:

Toy Factory is looking for an Account Manager to join our Team. With us you will be able to grow your career and control your financial opportunity starting with one of our largest clients. This position will primarily be responsible for timely and accurate account/order management for our client(s). We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to oversee existing client(s) and foster future success. Our ideal candidate is able to interpret customers day to day operations.

This position is also responsible for initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained by performing the following list of, but not limited to, duties. Ultimately, this position will ensure that our client relations will lead us to achieve our immediate and long-term relationship goals.

Position provides a terrific opportunity for a highly motivated candidate.

Salary to commensurate with experience and qualifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Deliver (A) Class Customer Service as the Point of Contact for the company.

Excellent follow-up and quality assurance as a representative of Toy Factory.

Leads and maintains client partnership to ensure success.

Handles inbound sales orders for accuracy, processing and shipping.

Able to quickly and accurately communicate issues and resolutions through email and one on one discussions.

Provides product information to qualified customers on request.

Track inventory stock levels.

Track deliveries to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

Identify and analyze potential issues with orders to include mis-deliveries, order tracking, damages, shortages, etc.

Coordinate with Production Planners to ensure all product will be available in the proper time for current and future orders.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Strong customer relationship management; focused on results and managing customer relations (prospecting, overcoming issues, presentation skills, gaining commitment)

Skilled in written and verbal communication

Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service.

Business acumen and the ability to calculate numbers and amounts.

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

Rock solid organizational skills

Self-Managed and Self-Starter

Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to think logically and ensure challenges are resolved effectively and efficiently.

Ability to self-direct in the absence of defined/detailed instruction

Well-developed verbal, listening and phone communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Problem Solver and Multi-Tasker.

Solid computer skills, including MS Office.

CREDENTIALS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent, college a plus

Four or more years of experience in a Client Management Role

Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request

Pass a pre-employment criminal background check

Pass a pre-employment drug screening

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Solid knowledge Of Microsoft Office products

Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

10 Key by touch
