including performance, billing, and PNL, so not everyone can

Senior Operations Manager.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will Manage day-to-day
operations business, including performance, billing, and PNL. You
will have weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, as
well as one on one coaching and development with TMs as needed. You
will meet with Senior Management and clients as needed to continue
business growth. You will be responsible for interviewing
Operations Managers, Team Leads and Quality Analysts. You will also
promote department culture.

So, what is it we're looking for? Well since this is a Senior
Operations Manager we need someone with at least two plus years of
experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven plus years of
experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience
environment. What else? We also prefer someone with a BA/BS

experience managing supervisors, as well as coaching and developing

scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee
