Hiring for the following shift:

Workweek Schedule

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • Monday - Wednesday: 2:00 pm - Midnight
  • Thursday & Friday: Days Off
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM

In addition to data entry, this team member calls hotels, negotiates rates, makes reservations, and manages rosters. This vital position also handles some guest issues and interacts with hotel/property managers and guests.

The Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist will:

  • Coordinate/manage rosters for Oil & Gas teams in our temporary lodging facilities.
  • Enter client data into our accounting system for billing purposes (with 100% accuracy).
  • Retrieve folios (invoices) from hotels to match up with client stays from hotel front desk personnel and night auditors.
  • Create strong first impressions of Team Housing Solutions on suppliers, making our mission more likely to be successful for the duration of our projects.
  • Solve customer service issues as needed in support of your Guest Services team.
  • Negotiate pricing with hotels while being mindful of our clients budget.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with hotels and apartment communities.
  • Support Guest Services team on any necessary tasks.
  • Correspond via phone/email with both hotels and THS clients to book reservations and collect invoices for past stays.

Qualifications Summary:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Self-sufficient
  • Ability to troubleshoot and use problem solving skills
  • Resort or Property Management experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task numerous short deadlines and projects
  • Ability to learn & adhere to new software
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication (you will be given a writing test)
  • Absolutely clean background
