Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting local businesses who have applied to become Amazon Hub Delivery Partners responsible for making deliveries. You will work alongside Business Development Managers and local Account Development Executives to support current applicants in completing the web application, verifying their insurance, and validating their space. Key job responsibilities • Build relationships with applicants, small business owners and future Amazon delivery partners • Communicate with applicants and future partners 1:1 with through phone and email • Set proper expectations with applicants to ensure they’re setup for success • Track and monitor applicants in the vetting and onboarding pipeline • Track account activity and update pipeline in Salesforce • Troubleshoot application errors and submit Tech tickets to Hub Tech partners to solve About the team The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving delivery program. We partner with small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
