be working in our Austin, TX location responsible for developing
and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that provide key
business insights. This role works closely with stakeholders across
departments to gather reporting requirements and KPI definitions,
design and build effective data visualizations, and ensure the
accuracy and efficiency of data extraction and reporting processes,
including the development of reusable semantic models. The BI
Developer must have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding
of databases, and expertise in BI tools to transform raw data into
meaningful insights. This role is a permanent position that
involves working full-time and follows a hybrid schedule, Monday
through Friday. What you will do: Collaborate with stakeholders to
define KPIs and ensure consistent metric definitions across reports
and dashboards Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and
dashboards using Power BI (primary visualization tool) Extract,
clean, and transform data from various sources (databases, APIs,
data warehouses) to prepare datasets for reporting Work with
business units to understand their reporting needs and translate
those into technical requirements for BI solutions Write and
optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from
relational databases for reporting purposes Analyze and interpret
complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
for business growth and improvement Ensure BI reports and
dashboards are optimized for performance, accuracy, and clarity.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency Document data
models, data sources, and report generation processes for internal
knowledge sharing and future reference Conduct thorough testing and
validation of BI reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and
reliability before release Provide training to end-users on how to
access, interpret, and use BI reports. Offer ongoing support for
any BI-related issues or queries Create dimensional and relational
data models using Power BI data modeling and SQL Server Management
Studio, with Azure Data Factory used for data ingestion when
applicable Implement and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS) and
other data governance settings within Power BI Who you are:
Requirements: You are eligible to work in the U.S. without
sponsorship and reside in Austin, TX . C2C will not be considered.
Experience: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information
Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. You have 3
years’ experience in business intelligence, analytics, or
data-focused roles. You have strong proficiency in SQL Server
(T-SQL) and hands-on experience with Power BI, including data
modeling and DAX. You have experience working with data warehouses
and centralized BI datasets. You have experience with Power Query
(M) for data transformation. You have advanced Microsoft Excel
skills for reporting and analytics. Preferred: You have worked in a
results-driven environment. You have experience supporting finance,
operations, sales, or executive reporting. You are certified in
Power BI and SQL. You are familiar with SSRS. Excellent
organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to
organize, track, and prioritize a variety of projects and
assignments under deadline. You have excellent attention to detail
and exhibit a reasonable sense of urgency. You have the ability
think analytically, using principles of research to synthesize
information from various sources. Excellent communication skills:
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You
have strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to
non-technical audiences. You communicate in both a professional and
friendly manner with coworker and stakeholders. Adaptable: You can
adapt to evolving business needs and changing priorities. You
demonstrate resourcefulness and have the ability to self-motivate
and proactively solve problems in complex and nuanced situations.
You use research tools and databases with proficiency. Positive
attitude: You demonstrate a positive customer service attitude. You
are courteous and polite, especially when navigating through
difficult conversations, problems, or complaints that may arise.

independent setting within specified time constraints. You maintain

You are able to work during our regular business hours in our
Austin location. You are a punctual individual and able to follow
an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client
confidentiality at all times. Office environment: You are able to
remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and work on a
