Human Resources Generalist In-Office, North San Antonio, TX
Compensation: up to $90K Bonus 4 weeks PTO This is your chance to

fast! The Human Resources Generalist's key areas of responsibility
include employee relations, policy development, compliance
reporting, performance management, and immigration case handling.
Responsibilities: Develops and implements personnel policies and
procedures; maintains the employee handbook and policy manuals
Monitors the performance evaluation process to ensure compliance
with company policies Manages the Company's affirmative action
program; files EEO-1 reports; maintains records and logs in
compliance with EEO and federal regulations Conducts employee
orientation and onboarding in collaboration with other HR
Generalists Handles employee relations matters, including
counseling, performance management, offboarding, and exit
interviews Participates in HR and administrative meetings, training
sessions, and seminars Recommends policy and procedural
improvements to enhance departmental efficiency Ensures adherence
to internal policies and legal standards Identifies and mitigates
potential legal risks Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human
resources, business administration, or related field AND
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist with a
strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance
Experience with HR data reporting and KPI analysis Proficiency in
Workday, HR analytics, and process optimization Advanced
proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and
PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively LI-AB2
