Job Description:
Job Brief: We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic
person to book travel in the growing travel industry. Involves
researching and booking travel for individuals, families, groups
and businesses. Responsibilities: Gather information from clients
to be able to appropriately research destinations and itineraries
to meet their needs. Accurately book flights, hotels, and all other
aspects of client's trip. Reply to client's travel inquiries and to
client's needs in a timely manner. Stay up to date on travel
requirements and restrictions as well as travel industry updates in
general. Complete training provided, both within the company and as
supplied by vendors and suppliers. Maintain a professional and
enthusiastic attitude. Skills Required: Must speak English
fluently. Must be an effective communicator. Customer service
and/or sales experience a plus but not required. A desire to
succeed. Must have internet connection and computer or smart
phone.
