Antonio, TX is looking for a PM Line Cook to join our team. We are
located on 1101 Broadway Ste 120. Nola Restaurant is a unique
dining experience located in San Antonio, Texas. We serve New
Orleans inspired home cooking 7 days a week. We are famous for our
flavorful food that's cooked from scratch, and our New Orleans
style Beignets. We have a close-knit team and are currently looking
to add to our restaurant family. Our kitchen makes for a great
environment in which we can interact with the guests and feel the
heartbeat of the Nola experience. There are opportunities for a
flexible schedule, and capacity to grow within the team. Perks to

Quarterly paid team building events (some past events include

Qualifications A valid food handlers certification. Prior
cooking/kitchen experience required. Job Requirements Set up,
stock, and break down stations. Prepare and cook prep recipes to
specifications. Make menu items to specifications and in a timely
manner, ensuring accuracy and high quality. Stock inventory
appropriately. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage
areas. Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Answer, report to, and follow Kitchen Manager’s instructions and
direction. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional
