As a Patient Meal Tray Aide, you play a vital role in enhancing our patient's experience by ensuring they receive nutritious, appealing meals directly to their rooms. You will be responsible for assembling, delivering, and retrieving meal trays and have a significant impact on patient satisfaction and nutritional health, working alongside our dietitians and kitchen staff in a fast-paced, compassionate environment. Assemble meal trays with attention to dietary requirements and standards of quality. Deliver meal trays to patients' rooms promptly, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Retrieve meal trays after patients have finished their meals. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and dietitians to adjust meals as needed based on dietary restrictions or preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to health and safety standards. Participate in staff meetings to discuss dietary concerns and patient feedback. Ability to follow dietary instructions precisely Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare staff Physical stamina to perform frequent walking, bending, and lifting of meal trays Attention to detail in meal assembly Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Food Handler’s certification is beneficial.
