Job Description Physician- OB/GYN – Job SummaryIdeal Candidate - BC/BE OB/GYN (MD/DO) Practice Overview - Established, multi-site organization with long-standing community presence - Multiple clinics and hospital-based practice - Serves a diverse patient population, including underserved and high-need communities Patient Demographics - Majority low-income or uninsured - Significant pediatric and adolescent population - Includes patients experiencing homelessness and participating in WIC programs Hospital Privileges - Hospital-based deliveries and procedures - Residency restriction: within 10 miles of hospital - OB Hospitalist available 24/7 for backup support Position Details - Reason for Opening: Replacement - Employment Type: Full-time, employed - Practice Mix: Full-spectrum OB/GYN - ~75% Obstetrics - ~25% Gynecology - Setting: Traditional OB/GYN practice - Clinic - Deliveries - C-sections - Gynecologic surgery Volume Expectations - Clinic: 28–35 patients/day (~420 visits/month) - Deliveries: ~25/month per OB/GYN
