needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Oversee the
work of surgical ICU staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Implement patient care plans and ensure adherence to established
policies. Assist in the development and achievement of departmental
goals and objectives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams to facilitate cohesive patient care. Ensure all healthcare
regulations and safety standards are met. Expertise in ICU patient
care management Strong leadership and team coordination
capabilities Proficient in healthcare software and systems
Exceptional organizational and communication skills Medical

Current Registered Nurse license applicable to the state where the
facility is located. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
preferred.
