Job Description:
As a Transplant ICU Registered Nurse at HCA Healthcare, you will
be instrumental in providing specialized nursing care to patients
in a transplant intensive care unit. You will manage complex
medication protocols, monitor post-transplant recovery, and

monitor vital signs of post-transplant patients Administer and
manage medications specific to transplant patient needs Collaborate
with transplant surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to ensure
comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on
post-transplant care and health management Participate in
continuous education to stay abreast of developments in transplant
medicine Strong clinical skills in a critical care setting
Proficient in managing complex patient situations Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced, stressful environment Experience with electronic
medical records (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
