Job Description:

orthopedic care. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)
specialized in Acute Orthopedics to join our dynamic team. In this
role, the RN will manage patient care in an orthopedic setting,
focusing on post-surgical patients with a variety of
musculoskeletal issues. This position requires a combination of
clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a commitment to the
highest standards of patient safety. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies and procedures of HCA
Healthcare. Participate in the assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation of patient care specifically for
orthopedic conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and families
on post-operative care and lifestyle adjustments. Monitor patient
health and respond to any complications, administering medication
according to prescribed orders. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital setting Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR)
systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse license in the state of employment Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
