Job Description:
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Oncology RN at HCA Healthcare,
you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our
oncology patients. This position involves overseeing patient care,
managing nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to all facility
protocols in our state-of-the-art oncology department. Your
expertise in oncology nursing will guide your decision-making and
leadership, directly impacting our mission to improve human life.
Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient care in the
oncology unit. Develop and implement standards of care and nursing
policies and procedures. Mentor and lead a team of nurses and
support staff, ensuring professional development and high standards
of care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
in collaboration with healthcare teams. Manage patient records and
monitor for quality assurance and efficiency. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of oncology care
processes and protocol. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations with
professionalism. Experience with electronic health record (EHR)
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable
state. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred.
