Job Description:

Rehabilitation Unit. Our LVNs play a critical role in patient
recovery, providing compassionate, competent, and dedicated care to
those recovering from medical procedures or conditions. Based in
our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities, you will work
closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to ensure
the delivery of our mission to improve human life. We offer a
supportive environment where your skills and dedication will be
valued and nurtured. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or
disabled patients within the rehabilitation unit. Monitor and
report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Communicate with
collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
Facilitate patient rehabilitation and support patient and family
needs. Excellent patient care and nursing skills. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare software and
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
valid in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Preferably Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse
(CRRN).
