Job Description:
As a Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency
Room (ER) at HCA Healthcare, you will oversee nursing staff and
assist in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in one of
the most critical areas of our healthcare facility. This role
requires excellent leadership, quick decision-making skills, and a
strong commitment to patient safety and compliance with healthcare
regulations. You will be an integral part of the ER team, ensuring
that all patients receive the best possible care during emergent
situations. Manage and oversee the ER nursing staff and operational
activities. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Coordinate patient care plans and ensure proper
implementation. Provide direct patient care when necessary. Train
and mentor ER nurses and support staff. Collaborate with physicians
and multidisciplinary teams to provide effective emergency
treatment. Monitor patient care for quality and efficacy.
Leadership and staff management Emergency response and critical

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of
