Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in medical services, is seeking a
qualified FSER Emergency Room Registered Nurse Coordinator to join
our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch
emergency care at our freestanding emergency department. The
coordinator will ensure efficient patient care and nursing
operations in alignment with our mission to improve human life.
This position demands a compassionate, organized, and proactive
approach to emergency nursing, overseeing staff, and maintaining
adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate
patient care in the emergency department. Manage and organize
nursing staff schedules and assignments. Ensure compliance with
health care regulations and safety standards. Monitor and improve
the quality of patient care. Assist in the development and
implementation of new policies and procedures. Provide direct
patient care when needed. Act as a liaison between the emergency
department and other hospital services. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced
environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
employment. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification as a Certified Emergency
Nurse (CEN) preferred.
