Resource Registered Nurse. This pivotal position supports multiple
ICU units across our various facilities, ensuring the highest level
of care for critically ill patients. The position requires a
dynamic RN who can adapt to different ICU settings and uphold the
standard of excellence associated with HCA Healthcare. By serving
as a floating ICU nurse, this role helps maintain staffing levels
and shares best practices across our network, embodying our
commitment to improving human life. Provide high-quality nursing
care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU units Maintain
flexibility to move between different ICU settings depending on
staffing needs Assess patients' conditions and implement
appropriate clinical interventions Work collaboratively with ICU
teams to ensure continuity of care Participate in professional
development and training to keep skills current Assist in the
development and implementation of new healthcare protocols and
standards Strong clinical skills in an ICU setting Excellent
adaptability to different clinical environments Effective
communication and teamwork capabilities Ability to make quick and
accurate assessments Proficiency in electronic medical record
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support
(BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Critical Care
Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
