Registered Nurse to join our team, providing unparalleled care and
support to patients undergoing dialysis treatments. This role is
pivotal in maintaining the health and improving the lives of
patients with kidney failure. At HCA Healthcare, you will work
alongside top healthcare professionals in modern facilities,
ensuring high-quality dialysis therapy is administered in a safe,
compassionate environment. This position requires attention to
detail, the skill to operate sophisticated dialysis equipment, and
the ability to work closely with the medical team to monitor and
report on patient progress. Prepare patients for dialysis treatment
and ensure their comfort during the procedure. Operate and monitor
dialysis machines and systems to ensure patient safety and
effective therapy. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor
patients for any adverse reactions. Coordinate with healthcare team
members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Educate patients and their families about kidney disease and
dialysis treatment. Maintain accurate medical records and document
patient treatment plans and progress. Participate in continuing
education and training to stay abreast of the latest in nephrology
nursing practices. Strong expertise in nephrology and dialysis
treatment. Proficiency in operating dialysis machines and related
equipment. Excellent patient management skills and empathy. Ability
to work effectively in a team and communicate with healthcare
professionals. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Nephrology Nursing (CNN) preferred.
