Job Description:

needs of our elders. We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse for
Skilled Nursing who will play a critical role in managing and
implementing care plans and enhancing our residents' quality of
life. This position requires a compassionate professional with
expert clinical skills and a deep understanding of patient care in
a skilled nursing context. Administer daily medication and
treatment to patients. Collaborate with healthcare team to execute
individualized care plans. Monitor patient health status and report
changes to supervising physicians. Educate patients and families on
treatment and care procedures. Ensure compliance with all health
care regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team Detail-oriented and
proficient in patient assessment Knowledge of medication
administration and wound care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Texas CPR certified
