dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to specialize in Labor and
Delivery. This role requires a profound commitment to enhancing
patient well-being during one of the most critical times in their
lives—childbirth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in
delivering personalized, patient-centered care, adhering to HCA
Healthcare’s standards of excellence. Monitor maternal patients'
health during labor and post-delivery. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families on prenatal
and postnatal care. Assist in the delivery room, ensuring the
safety and well-being of both mother and baby. Document patient
history and treatment plans. Collaborate with obstetricians and
pediatricians when needed. Excellent patient care and assessment
skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and emotionally intense
environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in the use of medical software and equipment relevant to
labor and delivery. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license.
BLS/CPR certified. ACLS certification preferred. Certification in
Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) a plus.
