Nurses to join our Resource Float Pool, where our mission is to
care for and improve human life. In this role, you will have the
unique opportunity to work across various departments and hospital
units, providing crucial support and gaining diverse experiences.
By joining our elite team of floating nurses, you will play a
pivotal role in maintaining high standards of patient care across
nearly 2,000 sites of care nationwide. Provide patient care to
diverse populations across different units based on staffing needs.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document
treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Adapt to varying units quickly,
maintaining high-quality care. Educate patients and families on
health conditions and treatments. Strong clinical skills in various
nursing departments. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical
environments. Proficiency in using electronic health records and
medical software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of employment. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS certification
highly recommended.
