In this role, you will be an integral member of our patient care team, focusing on providing exceptional respiratory therapy services across our diverse patient population. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary disorders. Administer treatments including aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy. Participate in the development and modification of respiratory care plans. Conduct patient education on lung health and the use of respiratory equipment. Ensure all respiratory therapy provided is in accordance with the prescribed physicians' orders and conforms to established policies and procedures. Proficiency in ventilator management Ability to perform respiratory health assessments Expertise in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
