this role, you’ll provide crucial medical services in a dynamic,

direct nursing care in accordance with established policies,
procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform
comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate with medical teams
to determine effective treatment plans. Monitor patient condition,
administer medications, and maintain patient records accurately.
Offer support and education to patients and their families
regarding post-hospital care. Practice infection control protocols
and maintain safety standards. Participate in departmental quality
improvement initiatives. Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure
environment Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using electronic health records Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as
part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Required: Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of practice Preferred: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
