Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatrics - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/08/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric Operating Room RN with at least 2 years of pediatric surgery OR experience and a TX or compact RN license. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Position is in a Pediatric Level 1 Trauma Operating Room - Surgical unit dedicated to pediatric patients - Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 06:30 to 15:00 - On-call responsibilities are required - Possible holiday rotation may be required - Duties include circulating and scrubbing in pediatric surgical cases in a Level 1 trauma environment - Holiday coverage may be required as scheduled by the unit - All candidates must comply with the facility's radius rule for local candidates - COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this assignment - Only one active application allowed system-wide at a time /n /n Requirements/n - Active TX or compact RN license required - At least 2 years of pediatric operating room experience required - AHA BLS certification required - AHA PALS certification required - Nursys verification within 30 days before start - Current license and primary source verification within 30 days before start - Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-670327.
