HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner RRT to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch respiratory care services at our advanced healthcare facilities. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of effective respiratory therapy to patients with varying needs. Administer and manage oxygen therapy and aerosol therapy. Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs and blood chemistry changes, and consult with physicians. Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gas analysis and spirometry. Set up and manage devices such as mechanical ventilators and bi-level positive airway pressure machines. Educate patients and families on respiratory care treatments and techniques. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare clinical notes on patient conditions. Proficient in using various types of respiratory care equipment. Strong understanding of respiratory care protocols. Excellent patient assessment skills. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Valid state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
