Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience:
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience required License: Active RN
License Certifications: ACLS BLS NIH Must-Have: Hemodynamic
monitoring experience Ventilator management experience Strong
critical thinking skills Description: The position involves working
in a critical care environment. Training for device management will
be provided. Candidates must possess strong skills in hemodynamic
monitoring, including the use of swan-ganz catheters and arterial
lines. Ventilator management experience is essential. Individuals
will engage with critical care patients and require strong critical
thinking skills. Candidates must maintain an active RN license and
hold current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications. Floating to other
units may be required as per organizational policies.
Post-operative care experience, particularly in cardiac procedures,
is preferred. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
policies are expected. This job requires time management skills to
ensure timely and efficient patient care. Attendance and
punctuality are critical, and candidates must be prepared to clock
in on time for scheduled shifts. All documentation must be
completed accurately and in a timely manner. Candidates are
expected to follow all guidelines and protocols established by the
