find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Fredericksburg, Texas, 78624! Job
Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – Texas Start Date: January
15, 2026 Location: Fredericksburg, Texas Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or
7p-7a), every other weekend required Highlights: 11-bed Emergency
Department in a scenic Hill Country location Manageable patient
ratio of 1:2-3 for optimal patient care Meditech Expanse EMR system
with modern equipment including Phillips monitors, Lifepak
defibrillators, and Lucas devices Diverse case mix including STEMI
and stroke protocols, conscious sedation, chest tubes, intubation,
and orthopedic splinting Collaborative 28-member team with
supportive charge nurses and PCT assistance on every shift No
floating required – dedicated ED assignment Requirements: Active RN
license in Texas (or ability to obtain) 3 years of recent Emergency
Department nursing experience required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and
TNCC certifications required Previous charge nurse experience
strongly preferred Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and
