Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract) We're
hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week
contract in Austin, Texas — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week)
while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most
candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience

Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the
Progressive Care Unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions
regularly to ensure safety. Collaborate with healthcare team to
develop and implement care plans. Participate in continuous
professional development and training programs. Achieve performance
targets and contribute to team success metrics. Educate patients
and families on health management and recovery. Document patient
care activities and outcomes accurately and timely. Utilize
evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality. Maintain
a high level of visibility in work activities and results. Adapt to
changing patient needs and unit demands effectively. Engage in peer
reviews and provide constructive feedback. Participate in
departmental meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Texas with a focus
on progressive care nursing. Commitment to continuous professional
development and training opportunities. Experience in a Progressive
Care Unit or similar healthcare setting. Experience in utilizing
evidence-based practices to improve patient care. Ability to
achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with
healthcare teams. Proficient in documenting patient care activities
accurately and timely. Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
and unit demands efficiently. Participation in departmental
meetings to strategize patient care improvements. Willingness to
