diploma or GED Strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid
drivers license and clean driving record Prior experience in
restoration, construction, or related field (Preferred) IICRC
WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred) What Youll Be Doing: Customer
Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and
provide 5-star service. Project Execution: Manage the mitigation
team from initial inspection to final equipment pickup. Perform
Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document
everything clearly. Lead Crews: Guide and train junior techs in the
field, ensuring high standards and safe practices. Emergency
Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond
