Job Description Job Description Description: Responsible for
direction of patient care activities at Ally Medical. Manages staff
in the emergency room, provides management of operations and
personnel. The FA will ensure full compliance with TAC 25 Chapter
131 including all State and Federal law in application of and
fulfillment of the required job duties. Consults with staff,
physicians, the Medical Director and the leadership team on
personnel issues and interpretation of facility policies to ensure
patient needs are met. Requirements: Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for direction of the Emergency Room (ER) staff.
Supports and empowers staff to embrace the mission and value
statements. Provides direct supervision to the front office
lead/personnel, RNs, radiology lead/personnel, pharmacy, and their
relative managers/supervisors. Overseas the pharmacy, laboratory
and radiology efforts and complies with risk management/quality
assurance, environment of care/life safety and infection control.
Demonstrates sound judgement; apply effective written and oral
communication skills with all business contacts to include but not
limited to employees, vendors, patients, physicians, and general
public. Enforces and ensures compliance with all applicable state,
federal and local laws and requirements of agencies as applicable
to clinical. Supports and maintains confidentiality of patients and
company information. Ensures proper handling of storage of medical
records to ensure compliance of HIPAA regulations and the HITECH
Act provision as required by law. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent leadership and management skills. Advance computer
knowledge. Provide high-level standards of care for
patients/customer service. Attention to detail. Ability to work as
a team member. Ability to work under stressful conditions and be
flexible in relation to departmental and growth needs. Education
and Experience: Bachelor of Nursing Degree. Three (3) or more
years’ experience in management/supervision. Five (5) years of
emergency room experience in all aspects of emergency nursing.
Current RN license within the Texas State Board of Nursing and in
good standing. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS
Certification. Current PALS Certification. Additional Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must
be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. All employees of Ally are

patient's information is treated with the utmost care and
confidence. You are responsible for reporting any concerns or
infractions that you become aware of so that the company may

credentials provided to you to access Company (and customer, where
applicable) networks, systems, and data. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to
which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally
proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management
immediately. You will adhere to the Company’s Information Security
Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to
protect Company systems and data. You will alert management
immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or
system failure impacting the security, confidentiality,
availability, and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data. You
will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness
